Women Reservation Bill: ‘नारी शक्ति वंदन बिल’ के कोटे को लेकर लड़ाई, अब बात OBC पर आई | Rahul GandhiFormer Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday supported the bill related to women’s reservation and also said that there should be a provision for separate reservation for women from Other Backward Classes (OBC) because without it the bill is incomplete. While participating in the discussion in the lower house on the ‘Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-eighth Amendment) Bill, 2023′, which provides for reserving 33 percent seats for women in the Lok Sabha and Legislative Assemblies, he also alleged that the ruling party is trying to divert attention from the demand for caste census. कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने महिला आरक्षण से संबंधित विधेयक का बुधवार को समर्थन किया और यह भी कहा कि इसमें अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों (ओबीसी) की महिलाओं के लिए अलग आरक्षण का प्रावधान होना चाहिए क्योंकि इसके बिना यह विधेयक अधूरा है। उन्होंने लोकसभा और विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए 33 प्रतिशत सीट आरक्षित करने के प्रावधान वाले ‘संविधान (एक सौ अट्ठाईसवां संशोधन) विधेयक, 2023’ पर निचले सदन में चर्चा में भाग लेते हुए यह आरोप भी लगाया कि सत्तापक्ष जातीय जनगणना की मांग से ध्यान भटकाने का प्रयास कर रहा है।
